overall we had a such wonderful stay on vacation - would recomand. exceptionally comfortable bed, great rooms and drinks. roberto was the best owner ever. ideal and prime location - close to oh my blue. surrounding of the apartment was quiet.

Excellent value for the money, the apartment was spacious and beautifully furnished. The location was great, within walking distance to major attractions and the staff, especially Rudi and Roberto, were very welcoming and helpful.

The location of our accommodation was perfect, right on the canal. We loved sitting in the living room and watching the gondolas and boats pass by. The apartment itself was clean and comfortable, with all the amenities we needed for a family of four. The owner even greeted us late at night and provided us with pastries and drinks. We will definitely be returning!

The only downside was that the cups for tea and coffee were a bit small, but it was a minor inconvenience.

Loved the private outdoor courtyard, perfect for pretending I was in a romantic Italian movie. Canal view added a touch of glamour. Free WiFi, AC, and a garden. Total VIP treatment.

Oh, how I missed a view of the garbage boat pick-up schedule. It really completed the ambiance.
